Denvify Remake & Warranty Policy

At Denvify, we strive to deliver high quality digital dental restorations. We understand remakes happen, whether due to fit, function, or aesthetic issues, and want to make the process as straightforward and fair as possible.

1. Warranty Coverage

Denvify guarantees all restorations against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to lab fees only and does not include clinical chair time or patient related costs.

2. Free Remake Allowance

Each clinic may request free remakes for up to 5% of their total monthly units submitted, provided requests are made within 30 days and relate to workmanship or fit issues.

Eligibility for Free Remake Credits

To support trusted partners and avoid unnecessary chargebacks:

Standard Free Remake Window

  • Eligible remakes will be provided free of charge if all of the following are met:
  1. The remake request is submitted within 30 days from the invoice date.
  2. Original case materials (restoration, models, digital files/scans) are returned.
  3. The issue relates to a defect in fit, function, or lab workmanship and not due to clinical preparation changes or shade alterations. 

Dentist Remake Allowance

  • For each dentist/clinic account, up to 5% of total units sent in the previous calendar month can be remade free of charge (subject to conditions above).
  • Example: If 100 units were sent last month, up to 5 free remakes may be requested this month.

3. When Charges Apply

Charges will apply when remakes exceed the 5% allowance, when original restorations are not returned, when clinical preparations are altered, when shade/material changes are requested, or when restorations have already been seated.

4. Remake Process

Remake requests should be submitted via the Denvify email below with supporting images or scans. Original restorations must be returned for assessment.
